What are your hours?

We are open Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm

Do you take vision insurance?

Vision insurance only applies to optometrist exams. Our office is staffed by ophthalmologists. We will bill your medical insurance. 

Are you optometrists or ophthalmologists?

We are ophthalmologists. An ophthalmologist is a medical doctor who specializes in all aspects of eye care. Ophthalmologists have completed four years of medical school and four or more years of residency training specifically on the medical health of the eye.

Do you fit contact lenses?

No.

Do you make eye glasses?

No.

Can I get my DMV form filled out?

Yes.

Do you have an in-house billing department?

Yes and we are happy to discuss with you any insurance questions you may have. 

How long with my visit be?

Because our specialists treat such a wide array of diseases, time in our office will vary according to testing requirements. You can ask when you arrive for an estimate as it will depend on the disease for which you are receiving treatment.

How long will my eyes remain dilated for?

Dilation times will vary depending on drops used but we suggest you prepare for at least several hours of dilation after instillation.

Can I drive home after coming for a dilated exam?

Because dilation leads to increased light sensitivity and blurriness, our office recommends that you do not drive after coming to see our office. Our office staff is happy to assist you in calling a taxi if you need to arrange for pick up.

How long has the practice been here?

Our practice was established in 2003.

Do you have handicap access?

Yes, our office is wheelchair accessible. 

Do you offer free parking?

There is free and ample parking.
